Should You Consider a Lawsuit Against the Maker of Actos?
If you or a family member has been harmed by taking the drug Actos, you should seriously consider a lawsuit against Takeda pharmaceuticals. Cancer treatment can be very costly and very painful to deal with. Takeda Pharmaceuticals, as the maker of the drug Actos, has a responsibility to those who have been harmed by taking their drug. Most doctors who have prescibing Actos were not informed of the dangers of this drug since Takeda was not informing people about the dangers of the drug. They have a duty of care which they have not held up. Law firms taking on Actos cases handle these cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning you only pay if they win your case so it is in your best interest to contact attorneys who are familiar with these types of dangerous product cases.
